• • A minimum of 2-4 weeks pre-order is required for wedding and three dimensional cakes and designs with intricate details. 
  
  
  • We do try to accommodate everyone so if you need a cake in a hurry please do not hesitate to send through an inquiry and we will try our best to get that cake to you when you need it.
  
  
  • The pricing of each cake will differ with each client. Obviously a large detailed cake will be more expensive than a small, simple cake. It also depends on the type of cake and the fillings you choose.
  
  
  • A deposit of 50% must be paid on every cake to ensure your order gets secured. No order will be started without a deposit. The rest of the payment is due on collection or delivery.
  
  
  • Please note that although some of our cakes may not contain nuts, they are made in a nut environment.
  
  
  • Should you require a full list of the ingredients used in any of our products please do not hesitate to contact us and we will e-mail it through to you as soon as possible.
  
  
  • We accept cash and electronic transfers. Banking details will be e-mailed to you when a quote is issued. 
  
  
  • Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards.
  
  
  • Cancellation policy:
  • If an order is not collected the payment is required in full.
  • If your cake is cancelled within 1 week of collection/delivery, payment is due in full.
  • If your cake is cancelled within 2 weeks of collection/delivery, you will not receive the deposit back.
  • All cancellations must be confirmed over e-mail. 
  • A minimum of 6 cupcakes must be ordered.
