Let me introduce myself, my name's Samantha Schaffer and I got started in professional baking in 2012. This was after many years working as a make-up artist working on set with incredible actors like Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman, Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.
Sadly after a few years I became fed up with the long hours and time away from my family and husband, so I decided to put down my make up brushes, pick up a whisk and give my real passion a go.
I watched as many Youtube cake tutorials that I could, put together my own website, even learnt how to work Adwords on Google in and started to make everyone I knew their own special creation, so I got as much practice as possible.
And here we are so many years later and happy as can be.
